Our position
A travel desk, not a booking platform.
BFG Travel exists for travellers who would rather explain a journey once and have it handled properly. We plan private and corporate travel, arrange stays, coordinate arrivals and experiences, and remain reachable while you are travelling.
We work with selected travel, hospitality and licensed specialist partners worldwide. Where a partner is the contracting supplier or fulfils a regulated service, that role is identified before confirmation.

We recommend what suits the journey, not what is easiest to sell. A shorter shortlist, properly reasoned, serves you better than an endless list.
One contact, start to finish
You speak to a person who knows the brief. Changes are handled without repeating the story.
Clarity before confirmation
Scope, fees, supplier terms and payment schedules are set out in writing before anything is confirmed.
Discretion by default
Names, itineraries and requirements stay private. Nothing is published without permission.
BFG Private Collection
A separate brand, clearly separated.
BFG Private Collection is a distinct brand and is presented separately from BFG Travel. Where the two intersect on a journey, the roles and terms are stated in writing.
